The vision for this home was to drape a brand-new architectural canvas—envisioned by the iconic Heatherwick Studio—with a layer of livable richness. True to DMc DNA, pattern-play and textural dialogue set the rhythm, soul, and tempo from the front door forward. Every detail is considered, every customization intentional. The culmination of design moments creates a sophisticated narrative—luxury that lives, breathes, and feels personal.

What could have been an oddly long internal hallway instead became a choreographed sequence, opening and defining moments of pause and progression. Sight lines and transitions express core DMc philosophy: beauty lies in movement, in how spaces become invitational, talk to one another. The result in this home feels instinctive, refined, and unapologetically human.

Highlights include an adult bunk room designed for family and play, a geometric stone-cut entry floor, a couture Poliform primary dressing room, and a hand-crafted Peter Lane fireplace that becomes both anchor and artwork.
